A total of 22 women trainees successfully completed the excavator operator training programme in March 2026 after undergoing structured theoretical and practical training. The course was conducted at the NAC campus in Pulivendula, Kadapa district, and concluded with a certificate distribution ceremony held on 6 March 2026.
The training programme combined classroom instruction with practical machine operation. For the hands-on component, trainees were trained using the SANY SY120 excavator, which was provided by SANY India to the training institute.

Upon completing the course, the trainees received certification under the Infrastructure Equipment Skill Council (IESC) framework, which recognizes professional skills in the construction equipment industry.
The National Academy of Construction has also committed to providing placement assistance to help the graduates transition into roles within India’s infrastructure and construction sectors.
With infrastructure development continuing to expand across the country, trained excavator operators are increasingly in demand across sectors such as road construction, mining, and urban development.
The certificate distribution ceremony at NAC Pulivendula was attended by several industry representatives and training officials.
Madhusudan Katragadda, Dealer Principal at Madhura Engineering Pvt. Ltd., served as the chief guest and presented certificates to the trainees.
